Old Pirates

Não posso dizer que não gosto de reggae, mas também seria uma inverdade afirmar que sou um entusiasmado fã. Tive a minha fase de ouvir muito reggae, há muitos anos atrás.

Em agosto de 2000, fizemos um show da Banda da Sopa no Casa de Teatro, em Porto Alegre, e tocamos uma canção do Bob Marley que eu gosto muito, em especial a parte que diz “…Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery / None but ourselves can free our minds…”. Chama-se ‘Redemption Song’.
